CBRE: London stock-still home to most-expensive office space
June 18th, 2008
LOS ANGELES - London’s West End is one time once again the world’s most expensive office market, while quickly-standing up Moscow climbed to second place, according to a latterly CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. Global Market Rents survey. The report tracks world markets with the gamyest as good as firmest-producing occupancy costs for the 12 months terminated March 31. Tokyo’s Internal Cardinal Five Wards, Mumbai’s Nariman Point and Tokyo’s Outer Primal Five Wards labialised out the top five most expensive markets.
