CIT Group Inc. said today that it served as the exclusive advisor to both Victory Memorial Hospital and its Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the sale of the hospital’s main campus in Brooklyn, N.Y. to Sunset LG Realty L.L.C. for $45 million.Entry Filed under: News
