Possible Buyer Found for Maine Naval Base Housing

Northeast Housing L.L.C., a joint venture between Balfour Beatty Communities L.L.C. and the Department of the Navy, has reached an agreement in principle with a potential buyer for family housing assets and infrastructure located both on and off base at Naval Air Station Brunswick in Maine.
