Per agreement with it's shareholder, JMB Capital Partners, Maguire Properties Inc. will add four directors, Cyrus Hadidi, Paul Watson, Jonathan Brooks and a JMB Capital nominee whose name will be announced later, Los Angeles Business Journal reported.Entry Filed under: News
